Any tips for acne breakouts on your body?

I am a 20yr old Viagra buy Black female w/ oily/ acne-prone skin. My face has cleared up over the past year (I've been using oil of olay products, and they worked on my skin). My back, shoulders, chest, and breast get breakouts. They will clear if I treat them how I treat my face, but its harder to do in my opinion. Is there a product I should try or some diet I should follow?

Wash with a loofah, helps to exfoliate the skin and eventually clears the breakouts
