Sounds like a thrush infection aka yeast. Try eating yogurt with live active cultures over the weekend then see the doc on Monday if you still have the white tongue. If it becomes sore over the weekend see a doc. Also anytime you are on antibiotic you need to eat plenty of yogurt with live active cultures or take acidophillus capsules to help prevent yeast infections.

It's not exact. The proportions you have will work, but you can use less Vaseline if you'd like it more concentrated and less thick. Why not start with equal amounts? Mix them thoroughly, and add more of either to make the consistency to your liking.
