Sounds like you tried everything. I would take it outside spray it out with the garden hose and let it sit outside opened overnight. Could also try bleach along with above.
Try washing your hair, but don't put a lot of conditioner in cause that can cause oily hair, if you don't have time for that then get some baby powder, and brush that through your hair! It will make your hair not look oily for the day!
