What is a good acne treatment I can get in a local drugstore?

Question by brtsalinas: What is a good acne treatment I can get in a local drugstore?
To give some background I was on the prescription medication Accutane from my sophomore through mid junior year, it treated my sever acne extremely well. Now I pretty much have clear skin, but I'm having slight little break outs here and there, especially under the edges of my jaw bone. What is a pretty good treatment that I could get at my local walgreens that could treat this fast and keep it under control?

Make sure you're not touching your face too much, because the oil from your hands can cause breakouts, and keep your hair out of your face at night, like in a high ponytail. As for treatments when you do break out, I use a foaming face wash and an astringent like clearasil.
