What is the best spot acne treatment you use?

The past couple of weeks I have been breaking out (I'm guessing stress) I have never been prone to long break outs.

I have been using Biore cleanser with no avail. Does anyone use a spot treatment that works? I'm starting to look absolutely ridiculous lol
